Halal Halves Ltd ("we", "us") is a company registered in England & Wales, based in London, United Kingdom. These Terms govern your use of the Halal Halves platform at halalhalves.com and halalhalves.co.uk.
You must be 18 years or older, Muslim, and sincerely seeking halal marriage. By registering you affirm that all details you provide are truthful and that you are unmarried and eligible for nikah under Islamic and civil law of your jurisdiction.
You agree to interact respectfully, refrain from haram content or communication, and honour the modesty and adab this platform is built for. We remove members who send inappropriate messages, misrepresent themselves, or violate our Community Guidelines.
Subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown at checkout, in GBP (£). VAT is calculated at checkout where applicable. You may cancel any time from your Dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. UK consumers have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd. We do not store your card details. Refund requests may be made within 14 days of first purchase where the service has not been substantially used.
Where a member enables Wali oversight, the nominated Wali may view conversation summaries. Members remain responsible for the Wali contact details they provide.
We provide the platform "as is" and do not guarantee marriage outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the London courts.
